I found out this game forces you into updates so delete all of the contents of C:/Program Files (x86)/Electronic Arts/Crytek/Crysis 2/bin32/EAcore. After you do this there no longer will be any more forced update. When you start the game it takes a bit longer, but it still loads! Just leave the EAcore folder there empty!

jeepers81 tiene razón, me paso lo mismo...las partes son de extensión 001,002, etc...las uní con el FFSJ (el programa que uso para unir estos archivos) y se extrae un archivo sin extensión, que debería ser el .iso. Entonces le agregué la extensión y lo monté con daemon tools, pero no funciona, no reconoce el iso y dice que el formato es desconocido ._. así que no lo bajen.

Gente encontré la solución!
Hagan lo siguiente:
Den doble click en el primer archivo (001) y dirá que windows no puede abrir el archivo, marquen "Seleccionar un programa de la lista" y aceptar. En esa lista busquen en WinRAR, si NO está, den click en Examinar y busquen el ejecutable del WinRAR que generalmente está en Archivos de programaWinRARWinRAR.exe. Ya seleccionado den click en aceptar, y se abrirá el WinRAR con el iso del juego CON EXTENSIÓN :D, ahora solo arrastren el iso hacia afuera (donde están las demás partes 001,002) y se comenzará a extraer..y listo! el iso funciona perfecto ;D
