This is a working fix for the release gta3-cd1.iso.torrent and gta3-cd2.iso.torrent avaible here at the pirate bay.
File: gta3.exe
Replace the gta3.exe in the game directory (something like c:/program files/rockstar games/gtaIII) with the file in this torrent.
Play and have fun. :-)
If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it using Daemon Tools, avaible at http://www.daemon-tools.cc. Then replace the gta3.exe of the new installation with the file in this torrent.
This works on my computer. If it doesn't on yours, I cant help you... There is no point in asking me, 'cause i don't have a clue what more you can try doing.

Skulle det fortfarande inte fungera, så avinstallera spelet och installera om det, men den här gången genom att använda Daemon Tools, som finns att ladda ner på http://www.daemon-tools.cc. Ersätt sedan gta3.exe i den nya installationen med filen från denna torrent.
Detta fungerar på min dator. Gör det inte det på din, så kan jag inte hjälpa dig. Ingen idé att du ens frågar. Jag har ingen aning om vad du mer kan testa för att få det att funka hos dig.
