I'm not sure the musics/weird sounds was intentional, but is weirdass scary for sure.

No wonder. Binaural beats are divided into 4 frequencies/states. Theta one is for deep relaxation, quite a sleepy state really.

glad i uploaded this back in the day and it's still here. I actually paid like 30 bucks for this file. Now i've been keeping a dream journal for a while but i forgot how well this worked. If you can stay focused as you fall asleep you can WILD with this (Wake Induced Lucid Dream). I've only done it once but it was extremely satisfying. Most of my lucid dreams happen in the very early morning hours, but I'm going to stat using this again.
