It works perfectly, thanks! I have to use VLC to play it in English, because Windows Media Player plays it in Japanese without any subtitles.

I don't know why that happens; I definitely set English as the first audio track. Maybe you should set English as your preferred audio language in your codec settings?

I should note that Viz Media licensed this movie about 2 weeks after I uploaded it, and it'll be released on North American (Region 1) DVD on November 8, 2011. Please buy it if you like it!
