I have a problem, why I have a delay between sound and video with everything I download in HD? Please help

@E.W, the most probally thing is that your computer (or your media player) isn't keeping up with the frame rate. If you are using windows media player, go into organise, options..., performance, then under DVD and Video Playback tick the box that says "Drop frames to keep audio and video synchronized".
Although it is dropping frames, you shouldn't notice it most of the time unless your computer is having a major workout.
