Notabook, you retard, nothing has been removed from this version of the film. The Spanish cut is the ORIGINAL VERSION.
This is the way the movie was originally filmed, then they went back and added new scenes in order to try to capitalize on the "torture porn" craze, thinking it would increase the box office take (it didn't, the film was a failure).
If you want to see the real movie, this is it. The other versions (both the r-rated and the "uncut") have been RECUT, losing scenes that actually help the plot to make sense and adding some new torture scenes.
If you want the new scenes (at the expense of old ones), get the R-Rated dvd from some other country. Don't get the "unrated" dvd under any circumstances, the quality of the transfer is very poor and nothing is added to the film except for an alternate ending, which should have just been a special feature. So unless you want the alt. ending, avoid the "unrated" cut.
