I am having a similar problem with one listed. it downloaded at 650k~thankyou seeders very much, installed fine-did crack .dll file swap, but now that i open Premiere the normal box comes up showing that it is loading, and then it goes for like 30 seconds or more, then screen goes black and i cannot do anything to get the computer back! i have to restart it
my computer is a few years old, 1.6ghz with 1.5 gigs of ram, plenty of free space on hard disk. - is this not enough to run the program, or even to open it?!
please help, want to use Premiere!

alright.. for everyone having problems with this program, this is a comment i found on another premiere pro cs3 torrent that has almost the same files as this one. the comment was written by welshcole:
"firs of all. download the torrent. When finished open up the downloaded torrent. Look for a folder saying 'setup' (not autorun)
when promted for a key USE THIS KEY!

but remember .. do not paste it. key in each number individually. Then continue to download to your location folder.
Then when its finished downloading, GO BACK your torrent folder. Look for a folder called 'crack'. Open that folder and look for a file called 'premiere.dll' copy and paste this file into your c/: location where your setup premiere is.
YOu will be asked if you wish to continue pasting as it already has a premiere.dll in the c/: location. Click YES TO ALL.
then open premiere as normal and it WILL NOT ask you for any other key for your license agreement.
easy if you follow my method.

and it works indeed! everyone who tried this method suceeded. and for people who can't get on with the installation because they get a message which says "installation can't progress while internet explorer is opened" or something close to this, you'll either have to restart your pc, or ctr+alt+delete, go to processes and end the IEXPLORE process. hope this helped ;) good luck

Here's how to activate it:
1) Install the program
2) Download the keygen/activator here:

3) Generate serial using the keygen (DON'T EXIT THE KEYGEN YET!), put it in, "activate over the phone", copy request code into the keygen, click activate on keygen,
4) Type keygen activate code into Adobe Premiere activation screen.
Everything should be okay. However, it can't activate the licence. You need to copy "premiere.dll" to the root dir (it is in the crack folder of the CS3 you downloaded).

Nonamemade's Process works perfectly. For those of you that the key is not working, DONT COPY AND PASTE. If you key it in by hand it will work.
Also, If you get windows errors and failed installations, or the setup manager asking for disk1, make sure to clear and previous Premiere CS3 files from your computer. The setup manager can do this. Just use the function provided.

EDIT: You must restart windows after the installation, don't think you can get by without, you'll get errors of missing files. It isn't because this is a bad torrent, its because you didn't listen to the installer. Restart and it should work fine.

Worked good at first. Pulled in some video from my DV cam. No complaints until I rebooted. I let Adobe run a Flash update. Now when starting CS3, it goes through loading all the modules, etc... soon as it gets to the main screen, it shuts down and exits to the desktop. Running XP, SP3. And like I said... it "was" working.
