Description:

Flash Memory Toolkit v1.20 made Portable Here you can find all infos: http://www.flashmemorytoolkit.com/ Flash Memory Toolkit combines a wide range of functions which allows you to get the most out of your flash memory card or USB stick. Measure the performance, scan for errors, securely delete all data, recover files and create a bit-for-bit identical backup with a quick and easy to use interface. Info The Info function shows various interesting information such as detailed device capacity, file system, operating system and USB configuration. Error Scan A fast but reliable function to check the integrity of the device by performing a read or write surface scan. Eraser The memory device can be completely erased (wiped) or it can be erased quickly. File Recovery Quickly and effectively recover files which were lost after a format, hardware failure or an accidental deletion. Many file types are supported. Backup/restore In only a few minutes you can make a full backup of your memory device. Low-level benchmark Measure the read and write performance. File benchmark Measure how long it will take to read or write files of various lengths to the device. The Package contains a first version of the program made portable w/ the batch file that launches the program converted to an EXE with QBFC to avoid showing the relative DOS window, but that some AVs see sometimes as a virus. If your AV is one of them, or if you don't trust too much to it, use the second one that runs directly the batch file. You will have the sloppy DOS window in the background but less complaints from antiviruses... Enjoy and remember to seed... :o)

@ClamAV:
Did you tested these uploads before adding to ALL my uploads your comments regarding viruses? I don't think so. It's easy use the Cut 'n Paste, I'm doing it too...

Excellent ! virusfree (avast) Thanks a lot

zelzel99 (2008-11-26)

thanks for the uploads and all, but please explain the "run.exe" file included which scans online (http://virusscan.jotti.org/) as malware:
File: run.exe
Status: INFECTED/MALWARE
MD5: edd970db3e71f08359725ede1f3dac24
Scanner results:
Scan taken on 25 Nov 2008 21:16:06 (GMT)
A-Squared Found Trojan.BAT.Qhost.ae!A2
ArcaVir Found Adware.Cinmus.Dxt
CPsecure Found Troj.W32.Delf.bpn
VBA32 Found Trojan.StartPage.21269
that being said, running just the batch file, which temporarily patches the reg and runs the program in pro mode, seems to work fine, thanks! just w.t.f?, and use extreme caution.
who the hell cares if there's a dos window running if that's safe.

There is a concerted effort by certain online companies, to report these kinds of files as having viruses, when they don't, not saying all are clean, however go and type into any search engine memory stick data recovery, and see just how much these animals are charging for using this software, every single file containing this kind of recovery has been spammed with virus alerts, some of the files have been placed by these companies themselves, please be careful.
How do I know? I sat and watched one of these bastards do it when I was having something retrieved I didn't want to risk losing myself, he recovered my data just fine, but he will lose a lot more for his 4 mins of work using something anyone can use, all be careful.
