ok its been decoding for ages, and so far it looks to be in russian....does it have english?

unzip file & rename to left4dead2.exe n put it in the root folder of the game.
besides that u may have to run the command snd_rebuildaudiocache in ur console & then open up rev,ini file n change the language to english. hopes this helps, worked 4 me.
