after closing the settings for the saver itself(number of fish etc) the program says that it can`t open during an error...

First install 3DSeaAquarium. Then from your desktop press the RMB on the mouse > select properties > display properties menu pops up > select the screensaver tab from the menu > you can select the screensaver/s from the drop-down list there. Hope I've helped! :)
