Looks like it, except my torrent carries the VSO
Application Cleaner for cleaning any leftovers out in the registry after you uninstall the previous version.
There's no great science to this, as long as the Serial Key still works, all anybody needs to do is download the latest version from VSO's official website, remove the previous version, install the new version and enter the key and thats it!

Just had another look at this torrent you posted, seeing as you've already downloaded the one by TICI333 and posted a comment there why are you posting here when you already have it, or are you trying to insinuate I've duped his torrent.
If TICI333 also thinks this I have no problem in deleteing the torrent, I can assure you it's just coincidence.

The Serial Key for this version 3 has been around for ever, even I'm suprised to how long it's lasted. Every serial key torrent for this version will revolve around this particular key, I have a torrent running on another site for version 3.0.0.7 with same key so has TICI333, there will eventually be a keygen but until then look after this key and do as both myself and TICI333 have asked and stop the programme from phoneing home in your firewall.
