Since this torrent is fail, try searching for this on Torrentz dot EU (since apparently hotlinking creates database errors).
I was able to get the one with TOMIE_REVANGE.avi to 100% in less than a day. Can't tell you if it's the right one, though. Also you'll need to find your own subs.
