@Pixie17: If you are actually streaming movies then you are uploading them to other people. If you mean that you can not play files on your computer that is entirely different. A file such as this one will just need to be double clicked to open in VLC media player as long as you have the proper codecs installed and your computer has a fast enough CPU to play HD files which require a tremendous amount of processing.
