You need to fully close the program . Make sure under process it's also not running . I've tried it and it's working flawlessly . Remember the specific which it wants to patch . Make sure u patch the correct file . Read the instructions inside .

i am getting same problem with patch not accepting. keeps saying it is in use. looked in processes and services and all that (even launched program at one point to see what it would come up as -v5, i think, which was not there before). tried to uninstall and reinstall. after several attempts my AV kicked back in (after set time) and swallowed the pach anyway..

I've just finished something I've wanted to do for a long time thanks to this program. It downloaded in 4.5 mins., installed in no time. I clicked on help and found it was unregistered and closed the program. I unrared the patch. Opened My computer, Local Disc C, program files, exilisoft. I dragged the patch into the file and opened it, applied the patch, closed My Computer. ran the program and converted an mp3 audio file from a Utube video that I downloaded using K.K.'s Utube downloader. I checked in help again and found it's registered. Way To Go K.K..
