This is the alternative ending to the normal film
In this version he doesn't sacrifice himself with a grenade, but instead comes to an agreement with the alpha male darkseeker by returning the test subject he was working on (Butterfly tattooed female darkseeker) to the darkseekers. Neville, Anna and Ethan all survive in this ending.
