The aspect ratio is completely off. It is forgivable though, because you are likely used to the old 4:3 ratio. They now broadcast episodes (starting with s13e01) in widescreen and in HD.
You can notice the vast difference in aspect ratio by viewing this version side by side to the one they have on their site. This version is missing nearly half the viewing screen. Just watch it at southparkstudios.com and you will actually get to see the episode the way it was shot.
