Description:

I got tired of waiting for someone to seed the other torrents for this episode. Fortunately, I had my own recording--but it was a huge MPEG file. I've finally learned how to use Super (C) to bust it down to a one-sixth smaller AVI file.

Thanx man! Finally someone with a brain that can read and seed...

Jay59 (2008-04-24)

Thanks man, I've been waiting for more. Also do you have season 2.
I would d/l and seed the huge mpeg. I prefer the quality over size, but I understand why you would want to make it smaller.
Once again thanks.

Jay59:
Actually, the quality is pretty much the same. (Also, my description should've read, "an AVI file one-sixth the size of the original MPEG file," not "one-sixth smaller.") Reducing it brought it down to the same size as the average torrented episode.
Isohunt actually has a larger list of episodes, but there's a bit of confusion between seasons (because S1 and S2 are included in the first DVD "season"). Give 'em a look; I THINK everything is available there, and well seeded. "Earth Worst" was the only one that I couldn't find a seeded torrent for, anywhere.

"there's a bit of confusion between seasons (because S1 and S2 are included in the first DVD season"
There's no confusion among the creators/writers, the producers, those who've interviewed them and written about it, the people at Adult Swim, at TV.com, and so forth. The present season is season 2. Season 1 had 20 episodes. The confusion is only in the minds of those who decided that since there was a gap in broadcast dates between episodes 6 and 7 that it must be a different season. It isn't. The same thing happened with Family Guy, with most sites now reporting it in both correct and incorrect counting, even though the people who make the thing and so decide what's what have stated quite clearly what is so.
Please stop being wrong. List the seasons and episodes the way the writers and producers do: Season 1 = episodes 1 to 20, season 2 = episodes 21+. Come on, you'd think that the DVD as released by the producers would provide a clue, since it has 20 episodes and calls it season 1. If other sites carry the torrents and list them wrong, reseed them with the correct numbering, not the incorrect.
Also, I'd be interested to know what settings you used in SUPER. I use it too, and I have a DivX capable home DVD player to test these on. Actually, it plays any .avi, but that's not advertised. Anyway, on my home unit the file stops after 3 minutes although the entire file is verifies as burned on disk. Also, the video and audio are somewhat less than the original. I used SUPER to create the "complete season 1" torrent after also testing it on the DivX Converter. SUPER works better, if you have the settings adjusted properly. I suspect they weren't here. There's so many that it takes a good deal of trial and error learning to get good results. I'd like to help out and get all these issues resolved. If necessary I'll gather all the original capture recordings and convert them in mass using the same settings for consistency, and produce the complete season 2 collection just as I did the season 1. If anyone has original recordings, or can guarantee downloads anywhere as being originals, I'll be glad to go get them and start the collection/conversion process.
