Mistal, extremism, ignorance and prejudice are far more rampant in Christian world. Take for instance, the knifing of an old sikh fellow in NY after 9/11 2001. Just because he sported a beard, he was killed. But that was ignorance and prejudice of one man.
Worse yet, is the ignorance of a whole nation, which still believe Osama Bin Laden was behind 9/11.

Thats just a few hate-filled verses in the Qur'an. Look them up for yourself. You cant argue with Muhammad about his own religion. Screw Muslims.

Peace, with you all, I know its hard to view Islam in a positive light when all you have is a negative image shown by the media ,and indivduals who lack knowledge and claim conclusions influenced by their bias. The verses qouted below may be from the Quran to verify you should look them up at Quran Explorer : http://www.quranexplorer.com/quran/. What has occured here is our lack of knowledge compounded with the negative stereotypes of Muslims has lead verses to be taken out of context.
Simple example, no sure if there are Christians there but here is something Jesus himself said:
"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me." -Luke 19:27
We do not hate Christains and Jews they are known as the People of the Book our brothers and sisters in the Abrahamic religion, they we given book the Bible and Torah which we believe in so have respect for them. The Quran was revealed to bring humanity back to the truth,because the Bible and Torah have been changed. One might say the Quran has changed , I would say no for the two simple reasons. Firstly, God promised to preserve the Quran because it is the last and final message before the Judgement Day. Secondly, there is a highly organized ssytem for

perserving the Quran through Hafizs (people who have memorized the Quran completely to the letter,and have been taught by one who has memorized the whole Quran.
Islam is the fastest growing way of life hundreds of thousands from the West have accepted this way of life beause it gives them a purpose ,which is to strive to fullfill God's will through doing good such as charity,fasting,the Hajj ritual, and doing prayer.

Wow. How surprising.
The comments on a collection of artwork have been corrupted by frothing rants and tantrums from the ignorant, the bigoted, the misinformed, the uninformed, and the simply foolish.
The "Western Masters" were almost universally Christian. Why aren't the comments on their collections filled with rants about the Crusades, the Inquisition, and centuries of colonization?
Faith-based violence is despicable, no matter the faith of the perpetrators. Islam isn't the only faith to spawn it. In fact, Christianity has been at it far longer.
Military conquest in Christ's name has been around since the time of Constantine, centuries before Islam even existed. Like Sunni and Shia, Christian violence too has often been among disagreeing sects.
Its thirst for conquest hasn't waned - what else would you call proselytization? Missionaries today may not deliver faith on the point of a sword as often, but fanatics who yearn for blades and blood do still exist.
Any faith is capable of evil. When your way is THE ONE TRUE WAY, it follows that non-believers must either be converted or killed.
