[NDS]Working Chrono Trigger JAP-ENG Supercard

Okay first of all this was tested with Supercard DS (ONE)and works only on Supercard flashcards.Tested with DSONE OS3.0 SP4(0718) firmware. The first thing you have to do is to copy the ndspatch and ndsinfo dat into your scshell library and ovewrite the existing ones. Now Copy the Chrono Trigger.nds file onto your micro SD Next turn on your DS and go on the Chrono nds file,on the lover screen you'll se a window with the buttons like Change,Multisaver,and setpatch. (If the window is missing press the X button to see it)Now tap the setpatch button with your stylus and turn on the followings: -Enable Patch -Patch Speed -Patch saver(the most improtant) -Enable reset The others are not necessary.Now in the same window there's a save button. Tap it so it'll save the options that you made and now press A to play the game! If you did correctly what i wrote down the game should run perfectly without the endless looping at the first portal Enjoy! This game works great on my Supercard DS. Good ol' Chrono Trigger. I've seeded almost 2 GB so far :D Hope the rest of you enjoy this old game. Not sure how this works on an emulator, I dont ever use a NDS Emu. I will continue to seed at 30 kbps during the day, and at full seed during the night cause im on a network with 3 other computers.

Is there a way to switch the game to english? It starts up alright, but I its all squigglish and non-english

ok to answer my own question with a quote from some forum
"the language can be switch to english (go to the 4th tab in the setting right after beginning a new game)"
It seems my japanese supercard os did that

To be exact:
start a new game (skip the initial settings screen)
after that choose the second button from the top on the right of the screen, go to tab 4, there you can change it

With the rom i have i am unable to use cheats.
btw, i have a supercard ds one.
