The obvious advantage of running a Server based operating system is System Performance and improved Memory Management. Server 2003 is a great kernel -- also you have the added advantage of ports not having half-closed connections or being limited to 10 connections as Microsoft have done on all recent updates of XP. Also Server 2003 does not begin to "slow down" after months of use as XP seems to do - Performance is constant over time. All KeyBoard Settings are supported.
