I can't view anything. I can hear the audio but no video at all. I have tried on DIVX, WMP, and every codex I could find. Still nothing shows up.

This movie is definitely just for kids. Regarding Barbara Eden, all you'll see is her cute little nose.
File plays smoothly on VLC Media Player and Win 7. The video is pretty grainy, but it has a lot of jpg-type artifacts, and the picture is also washed out. Check to see if there are better comments about the video quality on the smaller-sized torrents of Dr Lao.
