Vinchester, how do you make the english audio default play with the video instead of the Russian? Ath the moment im using VLC Media Player but only getting the one audio option... just like subtitles, is there a way of uploading a different audio track to the film???

use this program called mkvtoolnix when installed it shows as mkvmerge gui open it add the mkv file and then add the audio file and then click start muxing.
