Avast finds a trojan in your first zipped file when extracting the enclosed RAR file. So I deleted the torrent because Avast does not usually make this sort of mistakes.
Don't you think you could compress the files in simple split blocks? Even that wasn't necessary for such a small app. of only 58.636.664 bytes? Why didn't you made your torrent in a single RAR file as everyone else?
