took a while to figure out how to install it but i fanally did

1.extract all files in same folder
2.click setup in cd 1 folder
3. finish install (must be online for this step)
4. when you get to serial # step close the window
5. download crack
6. open crack folder
7. goto run
8.type regedit and hit enter
9.click file>import>select "EFLC install" from the crack folder> click open
10. copy all files in the crack file to the (C:)program files (x86)Rockstar GamesEFLC
11.google "gta eflc ordinal not found"
12.download file and put it in the same folder as the crack files [(C:)program files (x86)Rockstar GamesEFLC]
13.right click on "LaunchEFLC" and ceate a shortcut on your desktop.

17.click change icon
18.click browse and navigate to where you saved the ICO and select it, then hit apply.
19.change the grand theft auto launcer shortcuts title to "Grand Theft Auto Episodes From Liberty City" (if you dont know how to do this, click on the text once underneath the grand theft auto launcher and delete the blue highlighted text and replace it with "Grand Theft Auto Episodes From Liberty City".
