To play SEGA Saturn games, I recommend 2 emulators:
SSF 0.10 Alpha R4
Best Saturn emulator, near 100% compatibility. But needs a powerful PC to run. It will not run on CPUs without SSE2 and SSE3 instructions, and GPUs without PS2.0+.
Satourne
A good alternative, but also needs an good CPU and have some issues in Windows Vista.

@ R.A.I.U: Yes it works, I play it with SSF. I would suggest looking up a guide to Saturn emulators on Google, thats what I did. You have to learn how to tweak you're systems specific settings.
