What can I say about Coil except that every time I come back to them it turns into some sort of immersion bender that can last anywhere from dusk to dawn or an entire weekend. Probably one of the most challenging yet satisfying avant electronic pop experimental collectives I've ever heard. Essential for fans of Pete Namlook, Cabaret Voltaire and the ambient/cosmic side of Bill Lasewell.
