FairUse 2.9 Plus SubRip Portable(FBB)

FairUse 2.9 with SubRip Portabled by me (SubRip is already Portable) Note any portable I create always creates a folder of the same name next to itself where the user settings are kept. You can save you settings or delete them your choice. However with SubRip you need it's folder.
