Probably crap, it has to be with a resolution of 720x576(414720px) it needs a bitrate of at least 1800kbps to be good enough at that resolution.
for future seeders this is the right place
smaller resolution 720x480 higher bitrate/filesize and and more widescreen AR1.5 instead of AR1.25.
Still not ideal but better than this nonetheless
