Spore Creature Creator This is the Trial version which apparently was made available on the cover of a recent magazine. It connects to the Spore servers and allows you to create and upload your creations ready for game release. Since this is the incomplete trial version it is missing some body parts.

I torrented and installed it, but it doesn't want to run. I get the process on the Windows Task Manager but nothing pops up. I left the default option for auto updates alone (which was set to yes, do auto updates). Think that might have something to do with it? In any case if anyone has a solution plz tell =O (I'm gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling right now)

Hey madlulz, how about next time you read the description then, hmmm? It says quite plainly it's just a trial, as a matter of fact it says so twice. If you were too impatient, or too stupid, to read the description before you downloaded it's nobody's problem but yours.

it works great exept of all the freezings that i get... Every time i look at a menu it freeze everytime i chouse a new part to the animal it freeze etc.... but it stil works i just nead to press ctrl + Alt + Delete and go back in to the game everytime it freeze....

and animated avatars in a folder called "My Spore Creations".
The location of this folder depends on your OS:
Windows XP:

Windows Vista:
* ?My Spore Creations? is located in your ?Documents? folder.
Mac OS X:
* ?My Spore Creations? is located in your ?Documents? folder."
So when the proper trail one comes out with the working internet you get to keep your creatures, woo!

ArchiDevil you are going to have to buy the full version they are putting a program in game that has to connect to the server every couple of days otherwise it registers as a pirated copy and doesnt allow you to play.

Drazek that's not actually true. You'll have to connect to the internet to install Spore initially, but after that you can run it offline.

This is only the free version of the demo, not the $10 one. The amount of options to create your character is extremely limited in this one. They will only give you the first 1 or two rows of body parts.

I just found some funny as fuck shit in Spore!
When you start up and you have the option to click "load" or "create" move your cursor in between the icons and up a small bit and see "view galaxy" then click it
You can now move it about a bit and view the galaxy... pretty boring after 2 seconds... so try to spin it as fast as you can! The surprise you get is freaky as FUCK!

Anyone who has full version for mac or knows how to get it? The Mac version runs on content from the windows version but when i coppy the full windows stuff to the content folder the spore app won't boot....
