The whole FTP server was deleted about 2-3 days later. This time I am going to try putting them out on torrents just like the new Quake 1 2008 version, because that seems to be working VERY well- As long as people keep sharing the games. Anyway: Consider this COD1 repack as a "share test", and if everything goes well, I might also begin to upload the bigger game repacks I did such as COD 2 - Flatout 1 - Flatout 2 etc. etc. PLEASE support this project by downloading and sharing the files, otherwise it will shut down again before it begins. My major problem so far have been harddisk space to use for sharing, but I just got a new HD that will give me about 120 GB of space to use for this project when installed. HI!! i downloaded and installed this just fine, but it runs soooo slooooow.
1.) It take more than 2 minutes to load a new level
2.) Even with my settings on low, the lag it very bad, and i have to play levels over again because the lag makes me die!!!! OMFG!!!!
Does anybody know what might be the problem? Do i have to do something after it is installed? Or should it work just fine after it's installed? Or might it be my processor (single 1.40 GHz)? The thing is, i had this game on before and it played just fine...Does anybody know what might be the problem?? Thanks a lot
