I think this is a collection of CD's with the Audio Strobe encoding to play through the Mindlabs Orion and Proteus relaction machines with the headphones and the flashing LED sunglasses. If not then I will have wasted a day of download.

It does look like Audiostrobe by the description however one must know Russian maybe to know the name of the tracks. GoogleTranslate doesn't work. Oh, and there's no seeders.
