However it missed the top 40 in the UK, peaking at 48 on the UK Singles Chart. Rimes set a record on the Billboard charts by being the first artist to simultaneously chart with a single on their Country, AC, and Club Play charts with "Nothin' Better To Do." The song is also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. "Nothin' Better to Do" debuted at No. 55 on the Country charts in mid 2007. It also peaked at No. 73 on the Billboard Hot 100, No. 16 on the Adult Contemporary chart and No. 8 on the Hot Dance Club music chart. Family is the 12th studio album from American country and pop singer LeAnn Rimes. The first single, "Nothin' Better to Do", was released to radio on May 29, 2007, followed by "Good Friend and a Glass of Wine" and "What I Cannot Change", which was nominated for a Best Female Country Vocal Performance Grammy for the 51st Grammy Awards and went to number 1 on the Billboard Dance chart. The album debuted at #31 in the UK, becoming Rimes's first album to miss the top 20 (though not of all her albums were released in the UK). In the US, it debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart, selling about 74,000 copies in its first week. Worldwide, in its first week, Family sold 150,000.
