Does anyone know if this is an original copy written by William Powell (aka "The Jolly Roger") or just one of the fakes posted on the internet after its publishment?

No, sorry this is not the "EXACT" original copy written by William Powell, however it does have many pages/files which are exact extracts from Powell's original, but it has had things added to it by Exodus as well. I think a lot of the original is in there however.
This is the 1994 Edition (Most recent to my knowledge) with additions by exodus.
