Update to the Descripton:
I tested with my local Admin account and it cracked it within 3 minutes (lowercase, numbers, and symbols, 7 characters long). So, i created another test account with a harder password.
It doesnt seem to work on that account i made. I changed the password to "12qw!@QW`" (minus the qoutes).
It started at 11:19pm. It finished at 11:32 but could not crack it.
Username Password
------------------------------------------

Test_User 12QW!@Q
It was only 2 more character away sadly.
I was reading the files from a network drive via 1GBit connection. I have a XPS laptop (Pentium M 780, 2.2 ghz).

Well, the tables are specified as LM tables for min 1 max 7 chars. As I remember LM passwords are divided into two 7 char chunks (null fillers added to the end of each chunk if not filled up by the given pw) before making the hash. So you should get "12QW!@Q" (as you did) from the first hash and "W`" from the 2nd hash. Also, LM passwords lower case chars are converted to upper case before hashing as your example demonstrates ("qw" becomes "QW").
