I hope someone who has been working with SolidWorks reads this, I have SP# 2008 working but this software tries to phone home. I do not open it unless I am offline. My Question is what happens if I go to content central at SolidWorks? I do not want them locking the software. Has anyone used the online SolidWorks libraries? I'll check back in a day. I not willing to take the chance and let is log on to a server.
Hey if your reading this before installing SolidWorks, make sure you turn off the protections your computer has, mine took a file and when I addressed it the file had two in different folders with the same file name but was actually two differ files. I burned everything to disk after the download, that just saves another download if the files get scrambled.
I know it is hard to take the time to write some info about your download experience, but we should help the next downloader as well as we can.
I do want to thank PlanetMaster for the SP3 download. Great job man. I've spent many hours learning it and I expect I could never finish learning this software.

I have been to solidworks content site many times, does not present a problem so far. I have used many of the downloads and not once have I experienced a problem.
