Guys, after first season you will get sacked no matter what, even if you own the club. If you join the other club after that, you gonna get sacked the season later and so on. If you add player after you got sacked and sign a contract with first team where you got sacked, this new one will get sacked in a few days.
Thats not only me, lots of ppl have this problem, i guess others just didnt pass 1 season yet/
Most probably we need a new crack, like in fifa 09.

theres no cracks and there'll be no cracks, 'cause the sacking problem won't be fixed!

Exactly there is no crack and won't be either for a long time if ever. Looks like the crackers are stumped with the sacking bug. Maybe the game makers have finally done it and won the war, hope not!

Nobody won anything. GTA 4, Mirror's Edge, LOTR Conquest got cracked DESPITE having similiar triggers. There's no sacking fix to this only because the groups like Reloaded are NOT interested in making another one, obviously they don't find the sacking such a problem OR don't think the juice is worth the squeeze.

Previous game (Fifa Manager 2008) was also cracked by FLT, but the only group that made a crack for this game is RELOADED. So there's not much hope that some other group besides them will create a crack for this one. There's not really much hope that RLD will make a crack for it after all those months, so your only hope is probably if some unknown group manages to crack it (although i seriously doubt that will happen).
