I have installed and reinstalled following the instruction given and then I have also installed while its offline. After installation then I went online to try to do an update, but it's unable to do an update. I can't figure out why? Any clue why this is happening? Appreciate your reply.

I tried twice last night in my bedroom and I couldn't update the database. I brought the laptop to the study and connect it direct with a lan cable and now I have the database updated. So basically it is all working now. What's the exact use for the ipblock list. I never did use it and would love to learn more. Please share with me. Appreciates.
