I have been reading lots online and have tried many settings but the speed stays at about 10 kB/s. This was the case the last time I posted. For a short time I connected to someone at >40 kB/s. gocrning, if you are using bitcomet go to options-preferences- & increase your global upload rate........
otherway, u'll have to be seeding for quite a lot period coz my download rate is from 2-15 kb/s

I am using the latest utorrent.....i tried uninstalling/reinstalling, i tried using my neighbour's unencrypted signal, i changed all settings in different ways several times....i give up. i will just leave my computer running 24/7. i am not even downloading anything right now....this is the only torrent going.
maybe this will give someone a clue of what the problem is......when i leave a comment such as this one i get a "database error." ......i have to use my neighbour's signal and immediately i can post a message.

tried turning off my antivirus and my firewall. didn't do a thing. read about super seeding....i am doing that anyway but either way it doesn't make a difference.

mine's running 24/7 & all i get is about 2-10 kb/s .........
for short periods i get a burst of 60-80 kb/s but only for a period of max 3 minutes.......
will be persuasive, and hopefully get this dvd:):)

winrar can open iso files now but it is really meant to be burned onto disk with something like imgburn or mounted on a virtual drive app like daemon tools
