This is how it works; If this person buys (IDONT KNOW is he did) the software and decides to share, HE IS NOT stealing. But we search and download stuff (otherwise we would not have an members of TPB) that we never paid for are stealing. Therefore WE are the thieves, not him.

I *did* search for "Windows 2000 Pro SP4", then I saw this and decided that it was either
A) A virus
or
B) Something fake that someone posted with the word "Christian" in it so that every Christian Windows user would download it, thus boosting the ratio of the original uploader.
I'm also pretty sure that it says something in the Bible about being sure to be kind and loving in your approach to a fellow Christian when seeking to help him/her right his/her misdoings.
Furthermore, your argument becomes completely invalid when you start bringing piracy into this, especially considering the fact that you _also_ have an account here at TPB, and that you _also_ did not purchase this software, or anything else that you downloaded from here (and even if you did, it's still not protected because it's considered illegal transmission of copyrighted/trademarked material, but that's a different argument for a different day).
To finish this stupid comment that should not even be necessary in the first place, you need to just chill out and enjoy the free software. If you like it, if this is what floats your boat, by all means download it. I still think this is pointless, as are all aftermarket consumer rebuilds of the Windows OS.
Also, for future reference, be careful how you throw around the word "judge"/"judging". It's one of the biggest cliches there is in modern day fauxpologetics, and is another word that will immediately render your argument invalid to anybody who might have previously cared.
