The only time it hasn't been seeded is when my computer needed to be restarted, I don't know where you got your 24 hour stat but you are wrong. There are people past 71% already.
Hope some other people will seed it soon, I will only be able to seed it for a week or two max and then it's up to other people to seed or it dies.
