The is the CBS overlay of the memorial. The video quality is good, but Katie Couric is the most annoying jerk imaginable. The idiotic media networks seem to think that television viewers are too stupid to be able to handle a little bit of lull between the segments of a memorial. Unfortunately, Couric talks all over the beginnings of each and every one of the speakers and does not stop until the speakers have finished at least of paragragh of their speeches or a complete stanza of each musical tribute. Its Katie Couric that should burn in hell. Why CBS keeps that witch with the lowest ratings in evening TV news, is logic defying.
So if you can stomach the offensieve and cloying Couric, this is as good a version of the memorial one is likely to get, especially at 720p.
Michael Jackson's music will always be memorable.

cbs coverage: very badly needs improvement. i don't understand why the anchors need to talk each time there is an air gap. maybe cbs needs to rethink how they cover such an event. berry gordy is not yet even done with his speech and here comes ms couric comes a-talking. what a coverage. cbs' coverage of this event will always be remembered as one coverage that should never be watched.
