But Jackie, a full-time mother, regards Isabel's efforts as offensively insufficient. She can't understand that work can be important to her as well as the kids. The conflict between them is deepened by the sudden diagnose of cancer, which might may be deadly for Jackie. They all have to learn a little in order to grow together. Verhaal..........: Anna en Ben moeten leren leven met het feit dat hun ouders Jackie en Luke gescheiden zijn. Er is nu een nieuwe vrouw in het leven van hun vader, de fotografe Isabel. Ze doet haar best om de kinderen goed te behandelen, maar is niet van plan haar werk hier onder te laten lijden. Jackie vindt echter dat de pogingen van Isabel tekort schieten. Het conflict wordt verergerd wanneer bij Jackie kanker wordt geconstateerd.
