i think 'ALL MAPS' means all the maps INCLUDED ON THE ORGIGINAL CD/DVD, i dont think there even is maps for whole world

I downloaded and extracted the files. But how do I open the extracted files? gow do I get to see the maps? What software is needed? Please, help.
