I take it back. I am able to play it after patching on Win7 x64 Ultimate. Clean and no Virii as per AVG 2011 Licensed.

doesn't work. If you apply the patch which makes it run on the new windows, the copy protection no longer works. you need the 3gb dvd image, the "nodummycut" image.
here is a link to a torrent of that image but there are no seeders.

I did /not/ try the english language patch as I will be playing this in Japanese. its possible that that patch fixes something...?
