This is NASCAR Racing 2007. It is a fan updated version of Papyrus NASCAR Racing 2003 Season. Comes complete with full install including cd key and no cd exe version. All new mods and cars with the COT, BGN and CTS. Also all new updated tracks and graphics. It is complatible with NASCAR 2003 as long as you have the updated cars and tracks in 2003 version.

where do i find the updated cars and tracks is it a patch or a mod if you could upload that or post a link greatly appreciated nr2003 was the greatest

This installs as a new game. It's not a patch or mod to current installs of nr2003.
If you just want the cars and tracks for your current nr2003 I would say download this and copy all the tracks over to nr2003. Then copy over the 3 new series (COT, BGN, CTS) into the series for n2003.
The readme file has 12 links where all the new stuff was found. Sounds like a lot of work to find everything. I can post the links from the readme if you want it.

Works great until I try to drive then I get an error and the program shuts down.
Any ideas, I am assuming this is a vista problem but if anyone can help me out it would be great.

Downloaded and installed successfully on XP fully updated SP2. Scanned all files multiple times with Avira, MBAM, and SUPERAntiSpyware, both before installation and after installation, no malicious files found.
Provided registration code worked successfully, game seems to work just fine.

This works in Windows 7 just fine. You have to disable DEP(NX Bit in the bios)
Run command prompt as administrator and issue this command.
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
Reboot and it will play fine as long as you run in windows xp compatibility mode as administrator.
If you want to turn the DEP back on after playing:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
Reboot and it will be back to normal.
I disabled NX in bios and applied the DEP disable and it works fine in Windows 7 Ultimate.
Should also work in Windows 8.
Thanks very much for this. This is still a great game. Runs 1920x1080x32 with all options turned high and with the logitech Nascar Racing Wheel. Still a good looking game.
