Hey Dog: Wassup! Long time no C! I was guzzling down a chilled Bud at the O?Club at Beale AFB, overhearing a slanted discussion on Islamic Law by some SR-71 pilots swaying on barstools beside me. ?Islamic judges are freaking assholes,? stated the SAC Lt. Islamic Personal Law is recognized (and practiced by Muslims) in most jurisdictions throughout the world including the USA, e.g., the exercise of specific functions within quasi-judicial, administrative, religious or other frameworks. It?s only when litigants desire a more liberal disposition do they demand a lex loci (law of the land) intervention. But Islamic Criminal Law is another matter. There is tremendous leverage placed on clemency and compensatory relief short of the ?Gimme some head, Baby!? option (viz. eye for an eye/tooth for a tooth). Let me give you an example:
One hears so much about some unfortunate bimbo being stoned to death for adultery. Is this proper particularly in this civilized era? More proper and civilized than genocide and grand-scale looting deceptively cloaked by patriotism, national security, and other creative pseudo justifications creating the illusion of respectability! But let?s get back to what the Koran (the prime source of SHARIA, Islamic Law) says on the crime of sowing your wild oats in another man?s field: God, in His infinite mercy, hides the sins of His creations. He has defined A VERY SPECIFIC PERIMETER within which culpability, if any, is to be established: IT IS THE SOLE CRITERIA, deliberately dispensing with any other purportedly incriminating evidence discovered through contemporary technological or other means, e.g. hearsay, DNA profiling, Autopsy, Ossification tests, any other peripheral forensic/medicolegal investigation:
?24:4 And those who accuse honorable women but bring not four witnesses (viz. four EYE-WITNESSES!), scourge them with eighty stripes and never afterward accept their testimony--They indeed are evildoers. (Sura An-Noor ? The Light)?. Now you tell me, which hussy with half a brain would consent to you banging her into a coma with four (envious) perverts cheering you on, eh?
Moreover, God has decreed that mere UNSUBSTANTIATED TESTIMONY of the Accused should suffice to vindicate herself. ?24:6 As for those who accuse their wives but have no witnesses except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, swearing by Allah that he is of those who speak the truth; 24:7 And yet a fifth, invoking the curse of Allah on him if he is of those who lie. 24:8 AND IT SHALL AVERT THE PUNISHMENT FROM HER IF SHE BEAR WITNESS BEFORE ALLAH FOUR TIMES THAT THE THING HE SAITH IS INDEED FALSE, 24:9 AND A FIFTH TIME THAT THE WRATH OF ALLAH BE UPON HER IF HE SPEAKETH TRUTH. (Sura An-Noor).
Yes, I know ?times have changed?, so has technology! But God?s Word remains firm as reflected in the unchanged Holy Koran.
The way Islamic Criminal ?Justice? Practitioners circumvent this divine bar to punishing purported adultery is their creative methods of extorting confessions. Why should they care if the broad is guilty or not? They earn Brownie Points on the number of successful confessions secured. Besides, let this be a lesson to the strumpets in their own harem: ?You give head ? You lose head?! Byatch!!
Don?t go by my observations alone, but I?ve noticed in several cases that it is women who pay the ultimate price for being generous with their hubby?s exclusive entitlement unbeknownst to him.
