this is a nightmare converter, after install it's was disable my windows sound, lucky i have a dual boot with xp and i test it my other dual boot windows sound is fine except this windows no sound, after uninstall this nightmare of Media converter my windows sound back to normal, don't even bother this bullchit again, for people who have problem after install this software with windows no sound just uninstall it and your problems solve, but thank you anyway..

i never have had problems ever and i installed it on windows 7 32bit ultimate and tested it on windows xp pro sp3 never ever heard of this messing with audio ... maybe u have other problems going on ... u better run combofix.exe and do a full scan its the best virus remover around

Just back for another comment to let you know that i'm running Dual Boot Windows XP with 7..I'll install your software Media Converter on my Windows 7 by that time i'm still able to play music on my Windows Media Player, when your software Media Converter finish install and my music start with no sound from there, after uninstall your software Media Converter my Music sound is back on again i don't even need to restart my computer either, just like that..and also this program way too slow to convert and it's used too much percentage on CPU....am not recommended this software to any1..

ok well i have never had any problems ,you must be the lucky one lol have a good one and this converts so fast for me in seconds for avi to mp3 for music and such
