Jut as I was about to open my first file, a window popped up saying that the version of xilisoft was cracked and they were trying to protect my rights, etc. I had used the attached codes. I ceased loading the file to add my comment here, but I'll go back and try again.

Thx for this. I've got a question about how it works. I'm trying to convert a 700 meg .avi file to DVD. I'm being told the ETA is around 3 hours. Is that just for the conversion process or does it include the disc burning as well?

Never mind. It was for the conversion process. I'm amazed that a 700 meg .avi becomes a full 4.3 gig DVD file !

If you are looking to convert a Bluray rip in mkv format to an avi, dont bother with this app. All of the outputs have slow video and real time audio. Seems to work fine for converting SD though. Trying RER HD movie converter now, if it works better ill let you all know
