Epson Print Cd ver 1-4 working with Vista

.......Managed to work out how to get Vista 32 bit working with Print CD on my Epson R300 .My Print CD Enlosed is ver 1.4 ,which has better compatibility . I have now got my Vista 32 bit working with this version of print CD . It seems that no driver from microsoft or epsons web site will work on vista with ver 12e of print CD . However the work around was I had to change the print driver from the default vista driver (visa reports it is ver 1 ) since vista installs it vista ver 1 epson driver in automatically without asking (prints Paper and photos Ok but will not work with Print CD .so I got Driver ver 5 from Epson web site . That driver is only available for XP and is version 21540eu . This works perfectly in vista and it does not complain about compatibility . Enclosed is Print CD ver 1-4 and the XP driver that works .Hope this helps anyone tearing there hair out . Worth running restore points before you do stort fiddling around though. to do this goto control panel change to classic mode view choose printers if your printer is allready installed then right click it Properties advanced New driver Have disk (browse to the folder epson21540eu click open on the file E_DF18FE.INF it will ask what driver your interested in R300 or R310 Choose your printer driver thats it then install Print CD over the top of you old one and that fixes it all Ross

OK I have made the toorent and added the torrent in azureus but not sure why it will not drop into the seeded box in azureus. its a wonder why anyone bothers , it is so complicated. I wonder if anyone can help

This also works for 64bt vista and windows 7 if you are having problems use utorent for your uploads its very simple to use.
