To download this file:
1.) Get a BitTorrent client from http://www.bittorrent.com
2.) Download the .torrent file from the green link above to your desktop.
3.) Double-click the .torrent file on your desktop. This will launch the client and begin downloading.
4.) Once downloaded, you'll have a .zip file containing all the .mp3 tracks inside. Unzip this file using the built-in utilities on WinXP and Mac OS X or search versiontracker.com for a freeware utility.
